Newcastle, beaches and Central Coast

Duration: 60 minutes.

Your aircraft will follow the Hunter River to Newcastle Harbour, and then turn south towards the beauty of the Central Coast.

Long, sandy beaches characterise this region as you fly past Caves Beach and Swansea and then past Catherine Hill Bay, Bird Island and Lake Munmorah. The expanse of Tuggerah Lake is a unique sight from the air as you fly over the pelicans fishing at The Entrance, and then further south to the famous Terrigal Beach and resorts.

Your flight then heads inland to fly along the western edge of the lakes system before crossing the Watagan Mountains and back into the Hunter Valley.
